A magenta pink scoop of dragon ice cream is a must for any Halloween party.
Ingredients
Coconut cream 1000ml
3 Ripe bananas
Sieved icing sugar 180g
Zest of a sweet & organic orange
A generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice
A ripe red dragon fruit
Mix & Freeze
Whizz up the
Coconut cream
Bananas
Sieved icing sugar
Orange zest
Fresh lemon juice
until the mixture is smooth & creamy. Taste & add more sugar or zest or lemon juice if you wish.
Cut your dragon fruit in half
Scoop out the flesh into a bowl
Gently squeeze & squish the fruit by hand
Try not to crush the little black dragon seeds
Stir into your smooth & creamy mix
Freeze for 4 hours
Topping & Decorating
A scattering of orange zest makes the magenta scoops really ping.
Little white translucent agar jellies make them magical.
